Route Planning

The club had a route planning workshop, the notes below were taken from that session.

• There are some notes on Strava and Elemnt here
• Google maps was also mentioned. A photo here shows two routes between Stonegate station and Bewl Water, one with a large dip & hill, the other slightly longer but less hilly

Route Library

Some club members have recorded their cycle routes, and a sizeable library of routes has started to accumulate.
You may find some of them useful when planning your own ride. Please note that 1066 Cycle Club has not scrutinised any of the rides listed, they have been submitted by individuals and are shown in good faith, without guarantees, etc
